EQUIP is much more than a spiritual gifts assessment seminar. The program is based on the belief that it is normal for every Christian to serve in the body of Christ and be a witness in the community. The EQUIP process is a complete guide to membership ministry and to matching each member to a ministry where they have the gifts and passion to thrive. Through EQUIP you will experience the four steps to service: hearing God’s call to service, learning about spiritual gifts and discovering one’s own gifts, finding places of service, and committing to step forward in ministry for Christ. Our first EQUIP cohort will complete the 4 sessions between January 21 and February 14. If you’re unable to take part in this cohort, others will be scheduled at future dates.
